Small Spiked Vessel
Dozens of these small vessels are found together at sites scattered across the dry savanna in the region of the modern day villages of Bura and Asinda in western Niger. Examples with spikes exclusively around the neck are relatively common. Ones with spikes all over the vessel, such as here, are scarce. $400
