Kuba Powder Container with European Fiber
Wooden container by the Kuba people used to store and carry snuff or gunpowder. Collected before 1973 in Congo by U.S. ambassador Robert Keating. This exquisite carving dates to the 1950s and uses European-made fiber for the carrying cord.
